Woah! Where did March go? Well now that it is April I guess it’s time for me to talk about the games that I played in March! This month I didn’t play nearly as many video games as I did last month simply because I had a lot of school, finals, and I have been working on Coded Games a lot!
Runescape – If you haven’t noticed yet, I’m always going to start every post with Runescape because I play it regularly. I didn’t play nearly as much as I did last month simply because I achieved most of the goals I had, and haven’t set new ones yet. I go off and on with Runescape, sometimes I play a ton sometimes I log in every few days. Right now I’m at the point where I log in every few days.
Bioshock Infinite – This month the Burial at Sea Part 2 DLC came out and I have to say, it’s completely made of awesome. If you are a fan of the Bioshock series and have played at least Infinite and the original, you have to play the DLC. It’s very sad because of the narrative, and because it kind of puts an end to the series. I want infinite Bioshocks! (I’m bad at jokes)
Super Mario 3D Land – Last month I purchased a Playstation 4 Gold headset and have had nothing but problems with it. So I took it back and got store credit. With that, I bought three games; Super Mario 3D Land, Animal Crossing New Leaf, and Rayman Legends. Super Mario 3D Land is incredibly fun. I’m a big fan of both 2D and 3D platformers and I feel this game gets both of them right. If you have a 3DS and enjoy platformers get this game!
Animal Crossing New Leaf – This is the first Animal Crossing game I have ever owned so a lot of it is new to me. I heard of a ton of people getting completely hooked to this game and playing it a ton. This never happened to me. I think it’s fun and good a few minutes, but I can’t play it for probably more than 30 minutes without getting bored or running out of interesting things to do. It sort of reminds me how people go completely hooked to games like Farm Ville. It’s an okay game.
Diablo 3 – In March the first Diablo 3 expansion was released, Reaper of Souls. I’m a big fan of the Diablo series. I remember watching my father play the first game when I was really little. Now I tell him how to play it correctly. Reaper of Souls revived the once dead game. It added a ton of new features and updates that just makes the game a ton more fun. The new act is really good and adventure mode pretty much adds infinite replayability. It’s awesome.
Tomb Raider Definitive Edition – Still playing this ever so often. I haven’t finished it yet.
Titanfall – Now that the hype train has reached the station and everyone has calmed down about this game it’s a good time to sort of review it. I still enjoy it immensely. I can just pick up my controller, play a few games, and feel like I had fun. The player base has gone down a little bit but there are still plenty of people online to play. I’m really looking forward to the new game modes that are supposed to come out soon and DLC.
Rockband 2 – What is this? People still play Rockband? I thought rhythm games died? Well, they did. I’m a big Rockband fan and my favorite game was always the second one. So, I decided to set up my guitar, and play a few songs. I’m not nearly as good as I used to be, but it still was fun to play.
Well that’s all I think that I played this month. If you have a game that you think I should play post it below in the comments!
